Mission: The mission of Palmer Center’s preschool program is to foster eagerness and love for life-long learning. We will accomplish this by partnering with families to provide a safe, caring, and enriching learning environment which is filled with meaningful experiences!

School Facts:
Palmer Center houses three programs:
 
        EIP  - The Early Intervention Program - A program designed to provide services to children ages 3 to 5 who qualify for special education
 
        ECLC -  The EarlyChildhoodLearningCenter - A program designed to:
    ٭Provide child care for teenage mothers’  children so the mothers have an opportunity to continue their
     education and obtain a high school diploma
٭    Provide a quality learning environment which offers child care services to City of Kingsport employees’       children
٭   Serve as a mainstreamed environment for preschool children with special needs who attend the EIP       program
٭Offer the community another quality child care facility
 
        ECEP  - The Early Childhood Education Pilot Program - A grant funded program that provides preschool services to 3 and 4 year old students that meet the criteria set by the State of Tennessee
