Notice of Intent to Apply

The Kingsport City School System intends to apply for Title I, II, III, IV, and V of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. This application will be for the Fiscal Year 2008 (School Year 2007-08). For more information, call Ed Abbott, Director of Federal Programs at (423)378-2415.

The Kingsport City School System intends to apply for a 21st Century Community Learning Centers and LEAPs grants to fund after-school and summer programs at six (6) school sites: Andrew Jackson Elementary, John F. Kennedy Elementary, Abraham Lincoln Elementary, Theodore Roosevelt Elementary, Ross N. Robinson Middle and John Sevier Middle..
