Kingsport City Schools recently submitted a proposal for state funding through the Perkins Reserve Fund. This $100K project will provide funding for distance learning equipment for the Kingsport City Schools Career and Technical Education Department. Our partners in the higher education community (the Kingsport Center for Higher Education, Northeast State Technical and Community College, and East Tennessee State University) played a key role in the development of this project.
